The small man trying to be a big man. He is in phases at this stage, and going through a transition. His life, his work, his relationship, and his friends, wondering where it is all.

He is someone in transition and in the work of his life and it is something he is working on. Somehow he got serious and things became one kind for him. He seems to be back attempting to do the work, and trying to find his way.

He is examining his relationship and his role in it. He is wondering how to change the pattern of his life and how to become better. He is still working at taking some rest, trying to find purpose in all he is doing, and finding a way to be happy.

Somehow the work he does and how he lives his life have not melded. And he is looking for a way to fix it. The kid is now working and making progress.
