There is a lot of change on Washington Ave, those that are seen and those that are unfolding. There is also a change to the landscape of Washington Ave.

There are new businesses but not to the caliber you had seen in the dream, but the Ave still needs to be cleansed to balance things.

The place feels like a vacuum, it looks like things are happening, but sometimes they are not. You can always expand your gallery, and try to be more interactive, but you can try putting stuff in the front, putting video products pointing people to your website.

I can say, we can say that Washington is changing but it is going to take time. They need an influx of activities around to make things happen. That is where Washington Ave is.

If you keep things you have to figure out how to pay for them, but if you close, then it is over.
