“AGC” Portrait. Photo by Greasemann.

He runs the show. It is his business, and he chooses who he hires and works with. The man has a way of working and really likes working with people who are under him. A bit elitist and open as he may appear, he is sort of closed off.

He has a way of dealing with his butter and bread clients. These are people that pay to use the firm services. He is also a man that has been through some challenges, and even through all that, he has not learned and still has a lot to learn.

He can choose which projects to work with, and temperaments must match, and cannot be more dominant than him. He can be a bit explosive, especially when he does not get his way, and things don't work out for him.

His relationship with Mike is so and so. Mike defers to him, and there are certain things he knows that Mike cannot do, almost like a running joke inside of him, and it gets him. The little girl can be overwhelmed, and while she can suggest things, it really comes to him, the big daddy.

The firm seems to be doing well, he may farm out the work to a designer and then approve it, similar to Mary.

Not so great. Nothing is lost.
