The little lady that has made do. Built and grew an empire and then left after a successful run. The empire is still big but not as it used to be, and she has a lot of plans.
She is now in a spiritual wellness space, a sort of crap she spews. She likes to broadcast about her life, manifest, and ideas, but Oprah is very little. She is not as strong or confident as she has sold herself. The spiritual guru she has become is all part of her brand of expanding the empire.
It is really hard not to think of the money, just be, but Oprah has never been about that. She can’t sit still and doesn’t know how to really enjoy the wealth. It is like spiritual gaslighting, a form of it, but Oprah is very good at shepherding her money while spending others.
She is very good at projecting and giving the perception of the black woman that got her stuff together. Scratch a little bit, and she is rattled. Scratch a bit, and the insecurity comes. No amount of money can shield you from that. Money always adds to things. It expands things but does not fix the underlying issue or concern.
Money is an abstraction. A concept in time that highlights or deflects, to show what is really there. But she is good at securing her money, and for what.
She could be really living, broadening her perspective in a way that really shatters things. But Oprah has never been the one to rock the boat, status quo is how she survives and thrives. Just plain air and mass, all that is there.
