Like all dictators. Those that led in the free or controlled world or state, he is a little boy that isn’t settled or happy until everything is destroyed. Some kids are happy, and some have never been all about that.

Vladimir is one of those kids that worked and overcame. He grew up to become the face of Western monsters. There is nothing new there. By the end of the day, he is a little boy who is getting his way, blowing through things as he had done to become who he is.

Not sure how it will all end, or it will end, but it is no good. He is a man running on borrowed. All his things are catching up to him. And he is not in a space to do anything about it. That he, too, is passing, and it is just a matter of when.

The man we see is not the man standing in front of us. Lots of history, cobwebs.
